We have two offices in the greater San Francisco East Bay area, both in Contra Costa County. Our Concord, CA office has four treatment rooms to serve you. Three treatment rooms are for individual therapy and a large conference room with state of the art technology is designed for group therapy. It is located in the heart of Concord, with free parking, easy access to BART and public transportation, and offers guest wi-fi access. Our other speech therapy clinic is located in Oakley.

CAB offers clinic and school-based speech therapy for all ages and abilities.

Communication Across Barriers is a merger of the three private practices: Unity Therapies in Antioch; Jewett and Associates in Concord and Brentwood; and Speech at Home in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
